Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Understand your rights and our responsibilities as you plan your journey with Wanderster.

Booking & Acceptance

By booking a trip with Wanderster, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by our team with a confirmation email.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Late payments may result in booking cancellation.

Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 100% refund of paid amount (excluding non-refundable deposit). Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days: No refund. Cancellations within 7 days of departure: Forfeiture of entire amount.

Rescheduling Your Trip

You can reschedule your trip to another date with at least 14 days notice before your original travel date. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total trip cost applies. Subject to availability on your new chosen dates.

Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet health requirements for destination countries. We are not liable for visa denials, health emergencies, or travel delays. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through us.

Liability & Indemnity

Wanderster is not responsible for personal injuries, lost luggage, or damages during the trip. We act as agents arranging services. All travelers must sign a liability waiver before departure. We are insured for professional negligence but not personal accidents.

Travel Insurance

While optional, we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Our team can help you select appropriate coverage. Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, war, pandemics) that prevent travel, we'll reschedule your trip for free or provide a full refund within 60 days of the event resolution.

Traveler Conduct

All travelers must follow local laws and respect local cultures. Wanderster reserves the right to remove any traveler engaging in illegal activities or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and resolved through arbitration in New Delhi. Both parties agree to settle disputes amicably before seeking legal intervention.
